About us
We're private, hands-on landlords, not a management company. We believe in long, positive relationships with our tenants, and as a rule we don't raise rent on existing tenants. This is our only rental; we're renting it out to maintain the option to move home some day, but we also believe it's our responsibility to provide stable long term housing as landlords.
