Certain breeds may be restricted due to insurance requirements. All pets must be disclosed before occupancy. Approved pets require: $200 Non-Refundable Pet Deposit per pet $18 Monthly Pet Rent per pet Smoking Policy This is a smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or use of any smoking products is prohibited inside the dwelling. Occupancy Standards Occupancy shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
