House Rules / Lease Terms * Weekly rent payments are required and must be paid on time * 1-week minimum stay required * $100 refundable deposit required prior to move-in * Background pre-screening required for all residents * Government-issued ID required * Single occupancy preferred unless otherwise approved * No smoking inside the home * No drugs or illegal activity permitted on property * Quiet hours begin at 10 PM * Residents are expected to maintain cleanliness in all shared spaces * No excessive noise, parties, or disturbances * Overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval * Respectful behavior toward other residents and property is required at all times * Utilities and WiFi are included * Management reserves the right to terminate occupancy for lease or house rule violations * Deposit may be withheld for damages, unpaid rent, missing items, excessive cleaning, or rule violations Ideal Resident We are seeking clean, respectful, and responsible individuals who value a peaceful, quiet, and professionally managed living environment.
