Background check required - roughly $30/person living in apartment and proof of employment, please. Must have or get renter's insurance for this property as well and provide proof of insurance within 30 days of lease signing.
*Hardwood floors were recently put in at the top of the stairs so pictures reflect previous carpeting. New hardwood floors were installed in the entry way, hall and outside the half bathroom downstairs as well.
