The rent is $2600/month for a 12 month lease. The owner pays all utilities, including internet, electricity, water and heating bills. First, last and security deposit are due at the start of the lease (total of $7,800). The lease includes off street parking for two cars. In addition to the in unit washer/dryer, the building has a coin operated washer and dryer in the basement. The unit can comfortably accommodate four residents. Seasonal rentals available only at a higher monthly rate (contact the owner for more information). No smoking of any kind is permitted. Pets are not allowed in the unit per an HOA rule.
