Located in quiet La Selva Beach, you will have access to a private beach, 15 minute walk to the ocean, 5 minutes off the Hwy 1, cute town-festivities, free organic veggies on Wednesdays in the park, and wild turkeys walking around the neighborhood. The house has lots of windows throughout making for a ton of natural light throughout. The house was completely remodeled with modern furnishings 2 years ago with new white paint, stone floors, bathroom, high-end laminate floors in bedrooms, hardwood floor living room, dual pane windows. The wood burning stove keeps the place warm and cozy during rainy seasons. Ample parking outside and a large amount of land filled with flowers, birds, etc. There are a few peek-a-boo views of the ocean. I have quite a bit of outdoor furniture to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen has tons of storage. Can walk the beach at sunset and enjoy a meal or drink overlooking the ocean at Seascape resort. Did I mention we have a key to a private beach? An important key is that the lease includes pulling weeds/watering the yard. The weed growth varies over the seasons where some months I do no weeding and during heavy growth, I might weed 4 hours per month. If you do not want to weed, the rent would increase by $250/month. I weed so I can keep my rent lower.
