The home is 30 miles north of Daytona Beach, and 30 south of St. Augustine (great location). 6 miles to the beach! I am a mature woman looking for trustworthy, dependable people to share my home. I require that the roommates be employed full-time, and agree to a background check. The home is a split floor plan. Two bedrooms & one bath on one side of the house and the master suite on the other. The roommates will have lots of privacy, kitchen privileges, laundry facilities, smoking allowed outside.
