Unit 4 is on the second floor; there is an elevator in the building. The ceilings are high, the sunlight streams through large windows creating a great sense of openness. The unit is fully furnished; all utilities included. Monthly cost is $1600. Sorry NO pets (cats included). NO smoking/vaping permitted on premises.
Open floor plan - kitchen to living area with 1 bedroom, bathroom (tub and shower) and laundry within the unit. Hardwood floors throughout except in the bedroom where there is wall-to-wall carpeting (professionally cleaned between tenants). There is plenty of on-site off-street parking - plowed in the winter early in the morning. Owner of unit is onsite - assures prompt attention to any maintenance need. Plenty of closet space, there is also space for bicycle /golf club storage outside the unit.
Rental cost includes use of the unit, all of the furnishings (from linens - dishes - kitchen supplies - appliances - washer-dryer - queen size bed & mattress - furniture includes new couch and side chair, etc.), electricity, heat, air-conditioning units (window installed), water/sewer, Direct and Smart TV, internet, access to a small outside seating area - everything you need and probably a bit more. The unit's location provides easy access to area hospitals / medical centers, each of the universities and other business destinations in the area. The unit is close to the Bangor Y for gym or pool use or a great small private gym is just around the corner.
Step inside and the structure is quiet - creating a chance to gently unwind after a long day's work / study. Step outside and there's plenty to do...
