This is a very beautiful property on a secluded private lane off a dirt road. There is a pond and the lane runs along the Shepaug River.… This is a large 3 story house and the rental is the entire lower floor of the house. It has a large flagstone patio on both ends of the house with views of the meadow and pond. The main space is a massive (unheated) sunroom porch with stone floors, it is easily heated with a space heater provided. There is a basic kitchen with existing fridge/freezer and worktop with storage. Laundry room with brand new kitchen sink and cupboards. Private bathroom with shower. Bedroom with lots of built in storage plus a closet. The apartment is unfurnished. There is an AC/heat mini split in the bedroom. Very beautiful and quiet spot.
