This is a very beautiful totally private property on a secluded private lane off a dirt road.… There is a private pond and the lane runs along the Shepaug River. This is a large 3 story house and the rental is the lower floor. It has a large flagstone patio on both ends of the house with view of the meadow and pond. The main space is a massive (unheated) sunroom porch with stone floors, it is easily heated with a space heater provided. There is a basic kitchen with existing fridge/freezer and worktop with storage. Laundry room with brand new kitchen sink and cupboards. Private bathroom with shower. Bedroom with lots of built in storage plus a closet. There is an AC/heat mini split in the bedroom. Very beautiful and quiet spot.
