Lease terms

Availability & Term: Available now (Flexible- June 2026). Standard 6-12 month lease required with flexibility on start date and renewal terms. Smoking: Strictly smoke-free/vape-free property indoors. (Enjoy the TWO ROOFTOP DECKS overlooking the water and downtown, or the fully fenced-in backyard instead!) Occupancy: Maximum of 6 residents permitted in this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home. No Subleasing or short-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb). Utilities & Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for establishing and paying all utilities. Tenants are expected to maintain the property in a clean, sanitary condition and promptly report any maintenance needs. Damages beyond normal wear and tear will be the financial responsibility of the tenants. Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets permitted subject to owner written approval, a signed pet addendum, and up to date vaccination records. Requires a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Fees & Deposits: $40 non-refundable application/screening fee per applicant. Security deposit equal to one month's rent, due upon lease execution. Insurance: Renters insurance is required for all occupants prior to move-in.
