My house is a classic colonial built in 1900 and has that character. This is our forever home, character, including somewhat small cozy rooms as they generally were when this house was built. I am renting my spare bedroom that is furnished. It has solid nice accommodations with a current renter, whose rental agreement ends making the room available August 1st, 2026.
