The massive wrap-around porch offers comfortable seating, swinging chairs, hammocks, and stunning views, while beach games, toys, chairs, and umbrellas are at your disposal. A golf cart and bikes are included for easy transportation, and there is ample parking for boats and RVs. Pets are welcome with a $100 charge per pet. The pool heater is available for an additional $45 per night for stays of 2-5 nights, with discounted weekly and multi-week rates available. Located just a 5-minute walk from a private sandy beach on a quiet paved road, this home offers tranquility and accessibility. It's conveniently situated close to attractions like Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, with paved walking and biking trails nearby. Restaurants and an art gallery are within easy reach, and St. Augustine and Daytona are just a 25-minute drive away, while Orlando and Jacksonville are about an hour away. Smoking and events are not allowed. The golf cart usage requires prior approval and a signed liability waiver, and it can only be parked at 58 Ocean St or 62 Moody Dr. The golf cart battery has a limited life and needs to be recharged. Guests should be aware that the street leading to the beach is private, and while walking is not prohibited, alternative streets (Ocean Street or Moody Dr.) are recommended for access. Beach chairs and umbrellas should be washed before returning to the garage, and the hammock and hanging chairs should be stored in the garage when not in use.
