Terms at 24 Camellia Ln

Tenant is responsible for all utilities,TERM: The term of this agreement is for 12 months, commencing on the date agreed to herewith, and terminating at midnight on the last day of the term of this Agreement. Tenant shall give a minimum of 30 days' notice to the Landlord, in writing, of intent to terminate this agreement upon its expiration. If Tenant shall remain in possession of the leased premises after the expiration of the term of this agreement, such possession shall be as a month-to-month tenancy is established after the original thirty (30) days prior written notice. LATE PAYMENTS If the monthly rental payment is not received by agreed due date to the Landlord by midnight on the rental due date, a late charge in the amount of $200.00 will be assessed and immediately due and owing. An additional $400.00 will be assessed and immediately due and owing in the event that Landlord serves tenant with Notice to Pay Rent or Quit (Eviction Notice) leases Entry and inspection: tenant agrees Landlord shall have the right to enter leased premises from 7:30 AM until 8 PM, and without not less than 24 hours prior notice to tenants to make necessary or agreed repairs, decorations, alterations, or improvements, supply necessary or greed services, and to exhibit the premises to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, tenets, workmen, or contractors. Landlords may, however, enter leased premises without prior notification to the tenant in cases of emergency or when the tenant has abandoned or surrendered leased premises.
