Located 1/2 block from Blvd East with buses only 20 minutes to NYC (NJ Transit has 5 lines that run every ten minutes during rush hour and almost 24/7). One block to shops and stores, no car needed to live in the area. Unit has cherry wood kitchen cabinets with dishwasher in open kitchen/living room with ceiling fan and wall unit AC setup. Hardwood floors throughout with granite floor in bathroom. Intercom system for entrance and very secure with camera systems throughout. Well maintained building (has been totally gutted and renovated, built 1860) with responsive owner.
Parking is difficult, so this should be a consideration for prospective tenants.
