The house is approached by a half circle driveway where you can park off the road. 12/24 new well with 40 gallons a minute. The house is bright and sunny. From the tiled entrance area which has a bank of windows, you enter the living room with cathedral ceilings, skylights and a large mullion window. There is a wood burning stove and large stone fireplace in the bedroom. The floors are pine throughout the house. The living room and the kitchen-dining area are open separated only by two wide pine steps. From the kitchen and it's floor to ceiling windows you can see the surrounding deck and pool outdoors. The Kitchen is painted in light yellow. The large country antique tavern table sits in the center of the room. The kitchen's sliding glass doors provide easy access to the two tier wrap around deck where it's super easy to barbeque or eat outside. . The second bedroom is entered from the tiled entrance. Away from the rest of the house with windows, large closet. Off the living room to the right is a small sitting/office room that could double for guest sleeping. The bathroom has a claw foot tub and separate shower. There is a washer and dryer room. Outside from the cedar deck you can see the scope of the completely fenced-in private one acre. The top deck has outdoor furniture, tables /chairs and a gas BBQ . The pools cedar decking is surrounded by forsythia and lilacs bushes which provides privacy.
