Return to the fully furnished cabin to build a fire and cook in the well-appointed kitchen, watch the sunset from our picnic table under the Spanish Peaks. Enjoy this tranquil retreat! The fine print: Please note this is ONLY offered full furnished, and we are open to 3-12 mo. leases. The 2nd building in the property photo is a large shed that is not part of the rental. There is an available carport for one vehicle for the renter. The property is on a well and septic, and is connected to the grid and has propane, and has a large scale generator for occasional outages. Due to wild fire danger, renters will sign an agreement that they not have any open fires outside of any kind. There are garbage services or you can take garbage to nearby options for fees. High-speed internet is set up and routers/modems will be left for renter's use.
