The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need, and in-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer and one assigned parking spot. One assigned parking spot is included. Getting around from this central location is incredibly easy, with or without a car. This is a walker's paradise, with Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and dozens of top-rated restaurants and bars just a short stroll away. The free Metromover station is just an 8-minute walk away, offering quick and easy connections throughout Downtown and Brickell. You have easy access to major highways, putting Miami Beach and the Miami International Airport within a 20-minute drive. The primary guest on the reservation must be 21 or older and must be the first person to check in at the front desk. Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in significant fines from building management, which will be charged to the guest. There is ongoing construction next to the building, which may result in occasional daytime noise. Always display your parking permit, as we are not responsible for towed vehicles, theft, or damage in the garage. We provide a starter kit of supplies for your first day, but washcloths are not provided.
