The house was built in the 1920s and has some unique charm. Previous residents have enjoyed its large fenced yard and quiet location.… The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house and provide good separation of space. There are windows on both sides of the house that provide lots of through light. The yard is fenced and great for pets. Close to downtown, the local Co-op grocery, Willamette park, Crystal Lake sports park, Oregon State University, and Safeway. There is a small shared garage available for storage, there is a lawn mower and some yard tools available to use. One parking spot in the driveway and plenty of no time limit street parking. The house is old and has some quirks, but residents have appreciated the big yard, quiet location and cottage feel.
