So that you are aware, heat is provided by a Rinnai heater downstairs, and that heats the entire unit. There are electric radiators in the bedroom upstairs if the need arises on very cold nights, but per the current tenant, and others that I have with similar layouts, they've never needed to use it.
The current tenants will be moving out 7/1, however we will be repainting the unit a neutral paint color, hence the 7/15 move-in date.
