MUST SUBMIT DOCUMENTS WITH APPLICATION: 1. Each applicant must submit the online application and pay the $39.99 non-refundable application fee. 2. Copy of last 3 months of bank statements. 3. Pets: PETS ON APPROVAL. Information on size and breed must be provided. If approved, an additional security deposit will be required.
