Lease terms

All potential residents will need to apply individually on line through the Zillow website using the Zillow Application process. Anyone 18 or older staying in the home more than 14 nights per year must be on the lease. The lease term is 12 months. Applicant must pay deposit to hold property. Applicant must be prepared to move into home within 2 weeks of placing deposit. Deposit will be held until move out, at which time the deposit less charges for damage, lease violations and/or cleaning will be refunded within 30 days of move out. First month's rent will be due prior to gaining access to the property. Rent for the first month will be pro-rated if resident moves in during the month and not within the first 5 days of the first month. Renters are responsible for having all utilities set up within 5 days of moving in. Resident is responsible for paying all utilities and utility deposits. No pets allowed on this property. No smoking policy in the home. Residents are responsible for air filter changes and required to maintain working batteries in all smoke detectors. Additional information is written in lease.
