Small pets are welcome for a one-time non refundable fee of $200, limited to a maximum of two pets (two small dogs, two small cats, or one small dog and one small cat), subject to landlord approval. Tenants remain fully responsible for any pet-related damages. Tenant agrees to help maintain the exterior of the property, including routine weed removal in the backyard, as needed. Bi-annual power washing of the home exterior and front steps is required, with photos and/or receipts submitted to landlord. Use of portable fans, heaters, or supplemental air conditioning units is permitted and encouraged, particularly for third-floor comfort.
