This home features a cozy gas fireplace, a dedicated workspace, and a jetted tub. The open-concept living area boasts vaulted ceilings and large windows overlooking the backyard. The modern kitchen is built for real cooking with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop on the island with bar seating, a built-in oven and microwave, a dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator. The primary suite includes a king bed, an en-suite double-vanity bath with a walk-in glass shower, and a jetted soaking tub. Downtown McMinnville's Historic Third Street, known for its tasting rooms, restaurants, shops, and McMenamins Hotel Oregon, is easily accessible. McMinnville is at the geographic heart of the Willamette Valley AVA, with over 200 wineries within a 30-minute drive. Full grocery stores, the Willamette Valley Medical Center, a gym, pharmacy, hardware store, and post office are all within a 5-10 minute drive. Notable nearby attractions include the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum, Erin Hanson Gallery, and Durant at Red Ridge Farms. Day trips to the Oregon Coast, Portland, Salem, and Silver Falls State Park are also feasible. Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 08:00. Smoking and events are not allowed.
