Brand new end unit townhome in Shenandoah Springs just settled at the end of May. No one has lived here yet!… This one is clean as a builder can clean it prior to closing. Landlord is open to pets on case by case basis and is lenient on credit as long as issues are validated. Very nice location in community directly in front of community pool that is supposed to be opened up this year, but the clock is ticking. Backs to open space and there is a feeling of space in this area of the community, places to walk the dogs or play with the youngins. Community has tot lots, basketball court, gazebo area, and walking path. Location is very convenient to all commuter areas. Grass is mowed and trimmed by HOA.
