IMPORTANT: This is a unique situation as this is a 2-bedroom house and I will be traveling so I will be an absent "roommate" 95% of the time. My bedroom will be locked and I will only stop in for 1 or 2 days to pick up a few things and then will leave again and I would give you ample notice before I come into town, so you'll have the entire place to yourself for the two months. I can also stay elsewhere for those 2 days, but would want to come and pick up some things and we could schedule a time that works for both of us.
When I rent out the whole 2-bedrooms furnished, I typically charge $2800, so this is discounted as you'll only have access to your own bedroom.
This little house is in the ideal location as you can be in downtown Charleston in 6 minutes, to the airport in 6 minutes, and to West Ashley in 6 minutes. Folly Beach is about 20 depending on traffic.
The entire place has been taken down to the studs and renovated with incredible craftsmanship. New electrical, plumbing, HVAC, walls, etc. Open floor plan living and dining room, cute galley kitchen with full size fridge and gas stove, microwave, Restoration Hardware dining table, couch that folds out into a bed, movie projector, bathroom with tub/shower combo. Your bedroom is furnished with a full size bed with a brand new mattress, dresser, large closet with mirrored doors, blackout curtains, and a desk (if you'd like).
We will be working on renovating the exterior next so if you look it up or drive by, just know that the inside is REALLY great even if the outside needs a paint job! LOL. Easy parking in front of the house. Most of the neighbors have been living in the area for many years and we all look out for each other. It's calm and peaceful, yet easy to access all Charleston has to offer.
This is a fully furnished rental with all the kitchen and bathroom needs, linens, towels, etc. All utilities including high-speed wifi are included in the price.
As I described above, I will not be onsite (unless I notify you), but am easy to reach if you need anything.
