Open to 4-6 months of short term rental or long term 10-12 month lease. If you would prefer to rent it furnished, we can rent this furnished, as a one bedroom+office or two bedrooms. Depending on your preference, the upstairs can be a bedroom or a bright sunlit workspace/living space. Suitable for two roommates co-renting, or small families. This rental unit is in the back, very private and tucked away, while the front building is owner occupied. The location used to be an old typewriter store and storage shed and was rehabbed in 2023. Parking is not provided, we park across the way on a side street. The neighborhood is West Berkeley, a very convenient spot in Berkeley, with local coffee shops, bakeries, ethnic groceries stores. Walking distance to Strawberry Creek Park and TransBay Bus.
