For bookings made via certain platforms, additional charges above the standard cleaning fee will be collected after confirmation or once stay thresholds are reached. Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and may incur additional fees. A 15-minute grace period after the 10 am check-out is allowed, after which a $25 fee applies every 15 minutes thereafter. To accommodate early check-in or late check-out, an additional night may need to be booked. External CCTV and sound sensors may be activated for noise disturbances. An additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night applies for guests exceeding the property's bed count. Extension of stay requires ample notice and approval, with a standard two-night minimum applicable. Mail should not be sent to the rental property. Lost items are not the responsibility of the host; shipping charges will apply for returning found items. Electronic monitoring devices are used for safety and convenience, and guests are prohibited from tampering with them. Amazon Echo devices have a microphone mute button, and there are never interior cameras or recording devices.
