For short-term rentals of a minimum of one month, the monthly rent is $9000, which includes all utilities. The only guests allowed on property for the entire duration of your stay are the people registered on the reservation and rental agreement. Anything's beyond that might lead to a forfeiture of the remainder of your stay and rental payment. If you are unsure if your reservation complies with these restrictions, please call before booking. 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in. 14 days notice to move out so can arrange for next guest. There is $375 cleaning fee.
