Lease terms

We want potential renters to feel confident that this home is the right fit before applying. Please review the lease details below: Lease Term: Preferred lease term is 12 months. Shorter lease terms may be considered depending on the situation. Monthly Rent: Rent is due monthly and must be paid on or before the agreed-upon due date listed in the lease. Security Deposit: A security deposit will be required prior to move-in. The deposit amount and refund terms will be outlined in the lease agreement. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for utilities unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This may include electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, internet, and any other services used during the lease term. Pets: Pets may be considered with prior approval. Additional pet fees, pet rent, or deposits may apply. All pets must be disclosed before move-in. Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home. Maintenance & Care: Tenants are expected to keep the home clean and well cared for. Any maintenance concerns should be reported promptly so they can be addressed in a timely manner. Lawn & Snow Care: Tenant responsibilities for lawn care, snow removal, and exterior upkeep will be discussed and included in the lease agreement. Application & Screening: All adult occupants may be required to complete a rental application and screening process, which may include income verification, rental history, and background checks.
