I am looking to rent my home to a unique family who can enjoy this home as much as my family has!… This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and has an in-law suite. This home also features solar panels with Generac Battery Back-up, whole-house water treatment system, a 6-foot deep 20' x 40' chlorine pool, three sheds and a carport in the back of the 1.42-acre lot. Recently added in 2026 is a tankless water heater. Two and a half car garage with plenty of storage space. There is also an irrigation system in the front yard which uses a well, however, the house is on city water. The previously mentioned in-law suite has been updated in 2021 with new flooring, paint, a walk-in shower and new light fixtures.
