Welcome to one of our favorite neighborhoods in Omaha.… Here, you have great walking/running/biking along the Field Club Trail. The 35th & Center corridor hosts some of our favorite food and drink hangouts. The area is quiet and restful, great for settling in or working from home.
This house is perfectly situated. The Field Club Trail is a stones throw away from the back door. You can walk up the street for Omaha's best breakfast sandwich at Know Good or to meet friends at Vis Major and the Bull Moose. UNMC is a 10 minute bike ride away.
This spacious, prohibition-era home has been well-cared for over its lifetime with a lot of charm to love. On the main floor, you'll find an inviting living space with large living and dining rooms. For the coffee-drinking, laptop-working book-reader, there's the closed in front porch on the front of the house and breakfast nook in the kitchen. Upstairs are comfortable bedrooms with large closets. Outside, the house is encircled by a big, fenced-in yard with nice tree cover on the side and room to stretch out in the sun.
The 2.5 car garage is newly built with space to spare. In the kitchen, we have a new refrigerator with an ice maker, along with newer stove and dishwasher. There are also a new washer and new dryer.
