Welcome to one of our favorite neighborhoods in Omaha. Here, you have great walking/running/biking along the Field Club Trail. The 35th & Center corridor hosts some of our favorite food and drink hangouts. The area is quiet and restful, great for settling in or working from home.
This house is perfectly situated in the Hanscom Park / Field Club Neighborhoods The Field Club Trail is a stones throw away from the back door. You can walk up the street for Omaha's best breakfast sandwich at Know Good or to meet friends at Vis Major and the Bull Moose. UNMC is a 7 minute bike ride away and about 20 minutes when you choose to walk.
This spacious, prohibition-era home has been well-cared for over its lifetime with a lot of charm and character to love. On the main floor, you'll find an inviting living space with large living and dining rooms with built in benches in both. For the coffee-drinking, laptop-working book-reader, there's the closed in front porch on the front of the house with two ceiling fans to keep air circulating and breakfast nook in the kitchen.
