This cozy abode is less than 10 minutes drive to the Harbor and downtown, and is surrounded by major medical centers and universities, major football and baseball teams, concert halls, theaters, convention halls, Maryland state government agencies, the National Aquarium and small business shopping in each of its unique neighborhoods. 2355 Nutmeg Terrace is part of the HOA 1b community. This home includes a front door terrace level entrance and lower level garage door entrance with covered parking for up to two vehicles at the unit entrance. The trail begins roughly front door a mile north of the home near/ at the Roland Lake area, running through the Baltimore Zoo and Druid Park, all the way to the Harbor. For plant lovers, and hikers, the Cylburn Arboretum is a five minute walk next door where activities occur throughout the year for blossoming enjoyments, solace in the bamboo forest, classes and workshops at the greenhouses, and hiking the hills of this unique little mountain-ish peak overlooking the great Charm City. Trash pick-up twice weekly, recycle pick-up once weekly, and large item disposal dumpster pick-up once quarterly, parking passes, and pool passes provided by landlord/HOA. Periodic exterior home cleaning such as gutters, removing leaves, general terrace gardening clean-ups and terrace pressure washing provided by HOA grounds and maintenance.
