Two private rooms are available for rent! The home is in a quiet neighborhood, close to main street as well as the college.… It is next to Lincoln park and the golf course, and does not get much traffic or traffic noise. The home has three total bedrooms one of them is currently rented to students at the college. One bathroom is currently used by the existing tenants and the second is shared by the two available rooms. Laundry is available on the premises for all tenants. The INTERNET AND UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED in the monthly rent. A storage shed is available on the property for any items that may need to be stored for the duration of the lease. There is street parking available in front of the home. There is central heating and AC as well as a swamp cooler. A bed can be provided if needed. The rooms both have windows that allow for natural light all day, and there are no disturbing street lights. Contains a closet and wood flooring. Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry room. The home is fully furnished with the exception of the available rooms.
Must provide proof of employment and submit a rental application. Will be subject to meeting the roommates in the home before leasing. First, last, and a security deposit are requested upon signing a six month lease.
No pets or smoking allowed in the home.
