The home is in a quiet neighborhood, close to main street as well as the college.… It is next to Lincoln park and the golf course, and does not get much traffic or traffic noise. . Laundry is available on the premises for all tenants. The INTERNET and UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED in the monthly rent. A storage shed is available on the property for any items that may need to be stored for the duration of the lease. There is street parking available in front of the home. There is central heating and AC as well as a swamp cooler. A bed can be provided if needed. The room has a window that allows for natural light all day, and there are no disturbing street lights. Contains a closet and wood flooring. Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry room. The home is fully furnished with the exception of the available room. A cleaning contract must be signed before tenant is considered. Must provide proof of employment and submit a rental application. Will be subject to meeting the roommates in the home before leasing. First, last, and a security deposit are requested upon signing a six month lease. A shorter lease can be discussed if needed. No pets or smoking allowed in the home.
