Lease terms

* Flexible lease terms available. Longer lease terms are preferred and may qualify for more favorable lease terms. * Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, gas, water/sewer, and internet/cable services. * HOA benefits include community swimming pool access, trash collection, snow removal, and maintenance of common areas. * Owner maintains and pays for a comprehensive home maintenance agreement covering HVAC systems (heating and air conditioning) and major household appliances, including repair and replacement of covered items. * Tenant is responsible for routine maintenance items such as replacing light bulbs, batteries, and HVAC filters, as well as repairs resulting from tenant misuse, negligence, or accidental damage. * Small dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to HOA regulations.
