Occupancy and Subletting: - Occupants: Only the individuals listed as tenants may occupy the property. - Subletting: Tenant may not sublease the property without written consent from the landlord. Entry and Inspection: - Notice for Entry: Landlord must give at least 24 hours notice before entering the property unless in an emergency. Restrictions: - Smoking: Smoking is not allowed within the property. - Pets: Maximum of two (2) household pets dogs and/or cats only. A pet rent of $75.00 per pet will be added to the monthly rent.
