LEASE TERMS & POLICIES Minimum stay: 30 days Fully furnished, move-in ready unit Monthly rate is all-inclusive (utilities, taxes, and standard departure cleaning included) First month's rent and security deposit required prior to move-in Occupancy limits apply based on unit type No subleasing or short-term rentals No parties or events No smoking permitted on the property, including inside the unit, balconies, and all common areas (per building policy) No pets allowed (per building policy) Building & Operations Located within Palm Beach Hotel Condominium (hotel-style building with 24/7 front desk) Tenants must comply with all building rules and procedures Parking Parking availability varies and is subject to building/valet options Cleaning Standard departure cleaning is included Optional housekeeping services may be scheduled during your stay for an additional fee Maintenance Tenant is responsible for maintaining the unit in good condition and reporting any issues promptly Renter's Insurance Renter's insurance is required for the duration of the lease RULES VIOLATION / TERMINATION Tenant agrees to comply with all terms of this Agreement and all Palm Beach Hotel Condominium rules. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: nuisance behavior or disturbances excessive noise smoking anywhere on the property unauthorized occupants or activities If Tenant violates any of these terms, Owner/Manager may issue notice to cure or, in the case of serious or repeated violations, may terminate this Agreement. In the event of termination due to Tenant's violation: Tenant may be required to vacate the property immediately or within the time required by law Any unused rent may be retained to the extent permitted by Florida law Security deposit may be applied to damages, cleaning, or unpaid amoun
