Walking distance to downtown and the northwest corner of the university campus. Stand on the front porch and see downtown. Primary suite and one spacious bedroom/bathroom on the main floor. Four bedrooms on the second floor, with two of those sharing a spacious double-vanity jack-n-jill bathroom, and the other two with their own bathroom. The laundry room is located adjacent to the kitchen.
Covered front porch with views, and covered back patio for outdoor living. Parking for four or five cars on the property, possibly a sixth. Ample street parking in front of the house is usually plentiful. If renters have a small pet, conversations can be had on accepting that pet.
