Service animals and assistance animals will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Cleaning and Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for keeping the condo clean, sanitary, and free of excessive dirt, odors, stains, pests, trash, or damage during the tenancy. Tenant is responsible for any cleaning or repairs needed due to tenant-, guest-, or pet-related damage, neglect, odors, stains, or nuisances, excluding ordinary wear and tear. Occupancy: Only the person(s) listed on the lease are authorized to occupy the condo. No additional person may live in or occupy the condo without the owner's prior written approval. If an additional occupant is approved after the lease is signed, the monthly rent will increase by $150 per month for each additional approved occupant, in addition to the contracted monthly rent.
