Rent is $1,650 per month plus a non-fluctuating $150 monthly utility fee that covers heat, electricity, water, sewer, and trash services. Internet not included. The apartment includes washer and dryer hookups (machines provided by the tenant), carpeted bedrooms, and laminate/wood flooring in the main living areas.
