1. We have two UC shuttle stops both at 2 mind walking distance from the house and we have about 5 metro stops nearby.…
2. The house is recently renovated and has all new appliances installed including dishwasher, grinder, microwave and coffee maker.
3. Kitchen has plenty of storage and we have assigned cabinets for everyone; same for the fridge.
4. We are per friendly if you have any. FYI none of the roommates have any. A fully fenced backyard and front yard with a parking spot along with ample on street parking.
5. We have a huge basement for storage. Free laundry in the basement of the house.
