Lease terms

This property is available for a 12-month lease. Applicants must meet standard screening requirements including credit and background checks, verifiable income of approximately three times the monthly rent, and a positive rental history with no prior evictions. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at lease signing, along with the first month's rent prior to move-in. Renters insurance is required throughout the lease term. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Occupancy is generally limited to two persons per bedroom. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise stated in the lease, typically including electric, gas, and cable/internet. Off-street parking (if applicable) is included as part of the rental. WiFi may be made available as an optional add-on for an additional monthly fee, if the tenant prefers a pre-set internet service.
