Please review the following important lease information before applying: Lease Term: 12-month lease preferred (other lease terms may be considered). Damage caused by tenant negligence may be charged to the tenant. Renter's Insurance: Proof of renter's insurance may be required before move-in and throughout the lease term. Parking: Parking is limited to designated parking areas only. Unauthorized or inoperable vehicles may be subject to towing in accordance with local regulations. Subletting & Short-Term Rentals: Subletting, assignment of the lease, or short-term rentals (including Airbnb-type arrangements) are prohibited without prior written landlord approval. Compliance with Laws: Tenants must comply with all applicable federal, state, local, HOA, and community rules and regulations. Background & Credit Screening: All applicants aged 18 and older may be required to complete a rental application, credit check, background screening, income verification, and rental history review.
