Please refer to the floor plan before setting up a showing. The floor plan is of the same exact unit in different building minus the front patio. Besides the front patio, everything else is the same. There is no front patio at this building, just a deck off the back. There are two outdoor, uncovered (tandem) parking spots included in the rent. There is a private deck off the back. Water and garbage are included in the monthly rent and tenants pay all other utilities (gas, electric, and cable/internet). Laundry is in unit and located on the main floor. There is central ac/heat. The unit will be professionally cleaned and painted before move in as well the carpers professionally cleaned. Please make sure all decision makers are at the original showing as there may not be a time to get back in for multiple showings. This unit is tenant occupied so showing times are very limited and for the current tenant's privacy, we have to keep to our allocated time. The unit is available 8/15! If you move in mid month, your rate will be pro-rated for the exact amount of days paid the second month of your lease. The application fee is $40/person. Application provided upon request There is a move-in fee of $395/person (non-refundable). Pets are negotiable with a non-refundable $750 one time pet fee.
