The home includes three spacious bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and an upstairs loft. The well-appointed kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances and fully stocked cabinets. Relax in the living room with a 55" Roku TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The huge game room offers arcade games, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, and bag toss, along with a dedicated fitness corner with dumbbells, yoga mats, and gym equipment.
Pool & hot tub heating is available for $75/night. Beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and beach towels are provided. For families with little ones, a pack-and-play, changing table, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, plastic plates, sippy cups, a kids' toy bin, and children's books are available. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies for the pet-friendly yard, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed (no cats).
Located just minutes from the beach, fine dining, and TPC Sawgrass, this home is situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood called Dolphin Cove. It's central to many shops and restaurants, with Target and Publix 2 miles away, Winn Dixie 1 mile away, and Whole Foods 3 miles away. Enjoy easy access to the shopping and dining of both Jacksonville and St. Augustine, and it's only 30 minutes to historic St. Augustine and 35 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport.
Pool and hot tub heating is available for $75/night (both run on the same heater). Please request heating at least 2 days before check-in. Stays over 7 nights may have discounted pricing. A signed contract and valid ID are required to finalize your booking, and guests must be 25 or older to book. Security cameras are present at the front and back entrances, and on the locked pool equipment area. These cameras are triggered by motion detection and record video and sound. A $75 per pet fee applies, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed (no cats). Despite cleaning efforts, we cannot guarantee the property will be entirely free of pet hair.
