Lease terms

Rental Terms and Qualifications: Available June 15th. A minimum 12-month lease is required. Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 650, and the total monthly household income must be at least 3x the monthly rent ($7,500 per month). Rent, Deposits, and Utilities: Monthly rent is $2,500. Move-in costs due at signing total $5,000, which includes a $2,500 security deposit and last month's rent of $2,500. No utilities are included in the rent; the tenant is responsible for setting up and paying all utility bills. The tenant is also responsible for all property upkeep, including regular yard maintenance and clearing snow and ice from the driveway and walkways. Pet Policy: Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. All approved pets must be spayed or neutered, and written veterinarian records must be provided prior to move-in. Approved pets require a $500 refundable pet deposit and an additional pet rent fee of $50 per month, per pet.
