Rent is due by 1st of every month via Zelle or Venmo 1. Quiet Hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. No cooking after 9:00. 2. Keep the bedroom clean. No candles. 3. Clean up after yourself in kitchen. 4. Keep your side of refrigerator clean. 6. Store shoes in the shoe rack just inside or outside of door. 7. Use cover provided to keep microwave clean. 8. Clean shower with squeegee after each use. Clean your bathroom once a week. 9. Wash towels and bath mats once a week. 10. Put any plastic containers on top rack of dishwasher. 11. Use paper towels and disinfectant counter cleaner. 12. Take out the garbage and recyclables. 13. Sweep the kitchen floor when necessary. 14. Keep bed made and room neat and uncluttered. 15. Clean sheets and pillowcases every week. 16. Guests are ok during the day but no overnight guests. Enjoy your stay.
