The property is on a steep private road next to Sunnyside at Palisades and there are 50+ steps from the street down to the property. Nice kitchen with 4-burner stove, convection oven, dishwasher, and fridge. Living area with open kitchen and island. Double doors out to a small deck on Squaw Creek. 2 Full baths with tub/shower. Partially furnished living area and bedrooms. No frills, but amazing location if you can handle the stairs and hills.
