The building has an elevator and is wheelchair accessible.
Living room has a fireplace, and large windows with a partial view of Lake Union in the Fall and Winter, and in Spring and Summer a beautiful view of trees. This is a tranquil and quiet home, just a couple minutes stroll from from bustling city life. Store your kayak or standup paddleboard in the garage, and walk it down to the water for your daily exercise or meditative practice!
The neighborhood is very walkable, with a little store down the street, and super-cute mini parks with boat launches all along the waterfront. Up the hill, you'll find excellent restaurants, bars, cafes, and bus routes on Eastlake Avenue. Very close to Downtown, Capitol Hill and the University of Washington.
Cats and small to medium dogs are welcome, if approved by condo board. We love animals!
