Another stay will likely be more comfortable if you're sensitive to noises such as the front door opening and closing and folks coming and going. If that doesn't bother you, read on. RENT INCLUDES - Utilities (power, water, trash, internet) - Furnishings - Household Supplies (TP, paper towels, cleaning stuff, etc.) - Kitchen basics (oil, salt, pepper, pots, pans, utensils) - Cleanings of common spaces OUR AREA A five minute drive will put you on Highway 4. Concord is 15 min west. Antioch is 15 min east. Richmond and Oakland are about 30 min away outside of rush hour. BART station 1 mile away, yellow line. Our neighborhood is a modest one of mostly working class families. The house backs on to the Via Delta de Anza Trail. This 15 mile paved walking path follows a water aqueduct and connects to several other green spaces. ABOUT THE HOSUE We have a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, a living room for lounging on the couch or hanging out, and a study with an extra desk and reading chairs. We have a two car garage that we use for storage, plus plenty of street parking. We don't have a big TV in the living room. Instead, we're working on filling the house with books. This is one of four bedrooms in my home. It shares a bathroom with two other people. The house isn't fancy, but it has everything you'll need. And if not, let me know. Three adjectives to describe our household would be tidy, peaceful, and caring. Right now we are two ladies, one gentleman, and one cat. We're hard working professionals living in a shared household to save money and work towards our goals, but we're past the days of "dorm style" living with dishes left piled in the sink and music blaring from somewhere. At the end of the day we value a house that is a clean, peaceful retreat to relax in. From time to time we enjoy potluck house dinners, or breaking out the blender for margarita nights.
