The house is a duplex and we are looking for a quiet, peaceable person or family that will respect the other tenant's desire for a quiet place to live. If you like partying and loud music, please DO NOT APPLY. There is 1 window a/c unit provided. The apartment heats with gas space heaters. Tenant is responsible for natural gas at CNNGA (heating) and electric with Newberry Electric Cooperative put in your name. The rent is $220 TO BE COLLECTED EVERY FRIDAY.
